 The following are some basic hair are tips that you can use to improve the health and look of your hair

GENERAL TIPS:
  a healthy lifestyle will mean heal their hair for you excessive stress and not eating nutriously care not healthy for your hair.
  get enough sleep.avoid putting styling products directly on your sclap. if you put it on your sclap. you will clog the process on your head.
AT SWIMMING:
    before entering a pool, wet your hair. so your hair will soak up the intial water instead at chlorinated water.
when swimming where cap to protect your hair from from chlorinated water. if you close not sure to wear a cap make sure you shampoo and condition your hair right after you are done swimming.
 DRYING HAIR:
      hot air can be damaging your hair so when using a hair dryer use the hair setting.
 dont leave the blow dryer in one spot for more than few seconds. keep it moving and at agood distance away from your hair.

    to speed up the drying process put your hair dry with a towell and let the remaining moisture in your hair dry naturally. gently use your finger or apick to untangle any knots white your hair drying.

COMBING AND BRUSHING:
     use your brush whose bristles are made from natural animal hairs. it is softer and more flexible which meen lees damge will be don your hair.use the brush/ combs with whitely spaced bristels/teeth smoth tips. sharp tooth combs can damage your split ends. and scratch your sclap.

   To keep your brushes and combs clean, wash them weekly using a soap (or) shampo.comb your hair remove any tangle before bushing it.always brush/comb with downwards stroke. avoid using plastic brushes/combs which create static electricity.
