Sports & health:




  My friend name is James.  He likes sports & sports only. Any time he has a practise. He plays many games like golf, cricket, tennis, baseball football & etc. He said that, ’’Sports is a Physical activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively’’.  Then only he has good healthy body. He use several components to do exercise and practice with carving tools like that. (Including timer all so). Whatever may be we need good health for good participation in games, for that we should do two things. First one is good practise & second one is good exercise. For both the things we need good instruments. My friend keeps good food and practise for to maintain correct health and good participation in games. I think he is excellent for maintain both the things sports and health. All the persons can’t do like this. It is not a very easy to do it. First we should have hope about our self (self-confidence, not an over confidence). Sport and physical activity has long been used as a tool to improve mental, physical and social well-being. So play well for your good health.
