ARTIFICIAL SPEECH
Speech synthesis is the artificial production of human speech.a computer system used for this purpose is called a speech synthesiser. it converts computer based text into spoken word.
                            A text to speech system converts normal language text into speech; Other system render symbolic linguistic representations like phonetic transcriptions into speech.
                            The quality of speech synthesiser is judged by its similarity to the human voice, and by its ability to be understood. An intelligible text-to-speech program allows blind and other handicapped persons to listen to written works on a home computer. many computer operating systems have include speech synthesisers since the early 1980s.
                            Synthesised speech can also be created by stringing together pieces or recorded speech that are stored recorded speech that are stored in a database. Examples include announcements on railway stations, telephone response system, vocalization of instrument
readings and etc.
