OUR SKIN KEEPS CHANGING

our skin is made up of avery specific cells and tissues, and their collective purpous is to act boundry between our body and outside world. infact it is in the organ of our body which deals with real world.hence it is loaded with sensors and has very tough layered design. our skin is made of two layers:the epidemers on the outside and dermis is inside. the epidermis  is protective barier, while the layer dermis is the layer containing all " equipment" - things like nerve endings sweat glands hair follicles and so on.

the outer most layer of epidermers, called stratum corneum does not contain blood vessels. in fact it is made up of dead cells. only bottom layers of these cells recives  nutiration and is alive. these cells are very busy, they continuously produce new cells.tha growth of the epidermers take place because of these new cells. the new cells are pushed upwardby other cells, and so are removed from sources and of nutrition and die. as a result a chemical changes  takes place in them and they beome horny meterial. so lower half  of epidermers consists of cells that produce cells, the upper half of of the cells that have died and have been changed  into horn.

the top layers of dead cells are are de-tached at same rate at which the lower layers produce new cells.so our skin manufactures many billions of cells daily and sheds  as many billions of cells. this will produce goes on awithout inreputation. have you ever thought all dust in your house?  95% of dead human skin. so we do not acctually keep the same skin all our life-we are allways getting a new skin. this is reason why  stains on our skin, such as link, mehndi etc.when the top layer of cells is rubbed of, a new on pushes up. in fact our skin changes completly in about a month.
